Re: gum plaque

Can you provide a little more information? Like, what brushing technique do you use? The best way to brush your teeth is to put your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to your teeth. This way the bristles are getting into the area between your gums and teeth, where plaque likes to hide. The best way to get rid of all the plaque is to floss after brushing. Get an egg timer and brush your teeth for a solid 2 minutes. That's only 30 seconds per quadrant. Your teeth should be squeaky clean after that!!

Is what you're drinking after brushing full of sugar?

By the way, plaque takes 12 hours to form....
