hardened plaque..can it be removed?

I was just wondering if it is possible because I have some on my two front bottom teeth. I am so mad and embarassed because I always floss and brush. Sometimes twice a day I floss. It looks horrible!

Re: hardened plaque..can it be removed?

Go to the dentist for a cleaning. The hygienist will do a tooth scaling which scrapes the hardened plaque from your teeth.
