Unhappy lost retainer - prevent teeth from moving
Hey what's up. Thanks for reading this. I broke my retainer in half and my orthodontist is on holidays for a few weeks. I was hoping there was something I could do to prevent my teeth from moving. My wisdom teeth are coming in crooked and I'm worried they're gonna mess up my teeth.

Thanks for the help

Your orthodontist should have arranged in advanced with a collegue to handle cases like these while on vacation. Call his office and find out who it is, and make an appointment.

of course you need a new retainer but...definetly look into having a consultation with your local oral surgeon. If your wisdom teeth do not have enough room you have a higher chance of crowded teeth all over again despite wearing your retainer. Good luck!
