Hi...

I just had bottom right molar pulled a few hours ago. So far, I feel fine, but wondering about this packing. They packed it, and told me "if it's still bleeding in 1/2 hour, put some more gauze and pack it down in there", as if it was no big deal. They said I should be getting a "clot in there" soon. Well, ...how can you tell if you have a clot? Can you tell?

So I have packed it a few times already, but it does still seem to be bleeding...a little. Shall I keep this gauze in there for a while? They also told me that I can brush my teeth tonight, but brush gently around that tooth, try to avoid it,..and that tomorrow go back to normal, and I can rinse, etc.

They didn't make things too clear, and I'm wondering about the above...could someone who knows...let me know about this?
