Well,
the cut on your lip may hurt and if you haven't been putting any balms or anything on your lips then they will be dry. If a sore/ulceration has developed you can place orabase on it. It'll help to numb up the pain a little.
I would have the teeth/tongue checked out by the dentist, especially if you hit your chin. It is possible that they may have loosened or something depending on how hard you hit your chin or i fyou bit your tongue or something.
