| Sore gums!
So last week was the first time I'd been to the dentist in a VERY long time, probably like 4 years or so. I just got my teeth cleaned and then this week I came in for cavities.
Anyways, last week they cleaned my teeth and they pushed my gums down to clean underneath like they always do. My mouth bled A LOT, and my gums hurt soo bad. It was okay though, except for my lower left gums all the way in the back (the gums that grew over my wisdom teeth hole after I had it out). The gums back there are reallly sore, like inflammed and it's not attatched anymore (like I can take my tongue and lift it up). Will salt water help? What should I do to make it get better? It really, really hurts, all day long. My dentist told me that it if didn't go away he could give me some antibiotics, but I was supposed to see him yesterday but we had snow so it was cancelled. I won't see him for 5 more days. Any suggestions? And also, will the gum grow back?
