Raktus

I visited my dentist a little over a month ago, where amongst other things, I was informed I had gingervitus. The way I was told was in passing, and not as though It were an imminently important problem, so I didn't think much of it. Sometimes I bleed when I brush, but not always, though I usually do when I floss. My worry is that the gums seem to be receeding further and I cant make it to a dentist anytime soon...
