| Re: Pressure in upper gums on one side
Hi Shakira,
I also have pain in my gums above two teeth I had root canals on under a bridge but my left ear feels blocked and my left nostril feels "full" also. I also have allergies and yes, they can definitely affect your upper teeth area. I just went thru antibiotics for a mysterious sinus infection I didn'tr know I had but had been very sick months back. It made most of the pain go away but still have some iin my teeth and gums on the left side. My case is different as I have other variables, but yes, you can have pain from teeth which travels to the sinuses, and vice versa. Your teeth sound well cared for so I would just make sure you keep your allergies under control and try irrigating your nostrils with warm water at least, or try Mucinex tablets and plenty of water to flush out whatever is in there while taking your regular allergy medicine. I use a cheap Walgreens brand, can't remember the name by its a little yellow pill, an antihistamine that doesn't cause drowsniness. Hope all resolves!
