Replacing pulled teeth help! - Dental Health Message Board

My daughter has recently had to have 7 teeth pulled, (3 wisdom and 4 toward the back).

Now she is without 11 teeth and very, very upset. Being 28 yrs old, it is so unfair to have lost them.

My question, or request really, is if anyone knows how, where and who to see in the San Francisco area of Calif., where she can have these teeth replaced? The problem being finances- is there any place she can turn??

Sorry I saw your post and thought that I may be able to help, I WAS a [Removed] for 7 yrs. But I live in Ga. The best that I can suggest is maybe ****** dentist in your area or even call [Removed], this may help.

She has many options open to her, she is young and it is very important to replace the missing teeth and take steps to protect her remaining teeth. Partial dentures would be the least expensive option and one that can work very well. There are practices that specialize in denture work and are generally less expensive than private dental offices. I would check the phone book for something like this or search the internet.

Something else to look into is applying as a patient to university that has a dental school. They do often do work for considerably less cost just to have patients for the students to work on. Not everyone is accepted as a patient and sometimes the wait to be seen can be quite long. Also the length of the treatment is long as it is a teaching environment.

Lastly, try to secure a loan to have this work completed.
