gums sore what is best to soothe them?

i wear a partial plate up top,i must admit i never take them out apart from cleaning and the odd hour ,or two

but all my gums are sore top and bottom ,use mouth washes ,and ambasil gel to rub on gums .cordysil ,and anti septic mouthwash?

anything else i can do to sooth sore gums? also my gums swell up too at times especially in the hot weather?

I've used hot salt water or hydrogen peroxide to rinse with when my gums were sore.
