Hi Everyone,
I'm a 21 yr old female and for the last week have not been able to sleep due to my wisdom teeth. Three of my wisdom teeth have erupted but the one on lower left jaw hasn't and the pain has been argonising. I can only lay down for a few minutes before I get hits of pressure pain. My jaw is also aching on that side and my other teeth on that side ache as well. I also occassionally get shock pains in my jaw as well. This has all been going on for nearly a week now. At the most I'm only getting 4 hours worth of sleep each night and thats only due to the fact that I'm taking pain killers and along with them my body just gives up and I fall asleep. To top all this off I have a bad tooth right next to where my wisdom is trying to erupt, the filling has fallen out of it and it has turned black. At first I thought the pain was due to my bad tooth but it is mostly my gum behind it that is aching. I am also taking anti-biotics to clear any infections that are present so I can go to the dentist next week hopefully. They haven't seemed to kick in yet because I'm in still a large amount of pain. . Anyway I'm just wondering if anyone else has suffered from the same symptoms I'm going through and if it's normal. Any advice given will be much appreciated! Thanks.
