should i see doctor?

hi all,
i have this problem with with my gums...they are hurting like an aeching sensation.

my two front upper teeth move a bit when i push them but so does the gum above it....its like the gum is realy weak and not holding the teeth properly.

so i went to see the Dentist...he had a quick feel of the two top teeth and said that they are not loose...but i know they are because they never used to be like this.

he said my teeth needing cleaning and i needed a filling in my last back tooth because of a slight decay and it had an hole in it (which i knew about)
he said its but nothing to worry about as he would fill it.
so he has and thats fine now but my gums still hurt

would it be stupid to go and see a doctor about my gums or will he just refer me back to my dentist which in my honest opinion isnt that great.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your trouble. I would see a periodontist. They are specialists that focus primarily on gums. Do not wait make an appointment and go. Best of luck to you

i would seek another dentist if i were you ,as if you can literally move your teeth ,they are at least mobile and maybe wont fall out yet
i have a few mobile teeth and my dentist says they wont come out but they irritate like mad

it is possible you have gingivitous a gum disease but best to seek another dentist opinion
also for now use a cordysil mouth wash
