Hi everyone,
Have any of you had good success with using Prevident? Did it help with lesser cavities, sensitivity? I also use Act flouride rinse..right now I am doing Act in the morning with a normal toothpaste (Colgate Total) and Prevident in the night.
I have been recommended Prevident for sensitivity around all my premolars and molars. The dentist says there are no cavities. But the toothpaste is a flouride I am wodnering why he prescribed this as opposed to sensodyne or soemthing..does this mean that I have cavities in the making?
The sensitivity is really close to the gums and I feel it while flossing as well...I read somewhere that prevident is for root cavities...I am only 26 - and don't ahve any perio disease..isn't it too early for root cavities?
