I had a rootcanal on a molar. It wasnt done properly and my gum became extremely swollen. I was told in order to get rid of the infection, the best thing to do would be to go ahead and extract the tooth. (taking penicillin during this whole ordeal).. it has been 3 weeks and the swelling has gone down a fraction, but is still very prominent and sore when i press on it. What now????? I was told the extraction would take care of everything. I cant afford to keep shelling out money to this dentist. Please help!
