| tooth color
I am a tea drinker...you might call tea my addiction, especiallly in the cold weather. I drink upwards of 10 cups of tea a day. Anyway, recently I heard that tea can discolor teeth, making them brownish or yellow. Is there anything I can do to stop that from happening? I love my tea - but am mildly lactose intolerat so avoid putting milk in it. Because of that I'm worried that it might be discoloring my teeth. When I brush at night my toothbrush gets pretty brown and tea is the only thing I can think of that could be doing that as I eat very healthily with not much sugar. Anyway, is there anything I could to to prevent staining while still enjoying my cup of tea?
