Ameliogenesis Imperfecta is extremely rare in my experience. As you may know, it is genetic in origin. If you do have this condition there really is nothing that can be done. Once the teeth are formed that is the way they will be for life, basically.
Some might try heroic means to try to improve the appearance, in which they apply crowns or veneers. But every thing that is done in the mouth has its pros and cons. Good oral hygiene and good diet to avoid potential tooth decay on these teeth is extremely important.
