My daughter is 5 years old and has a number of bad health problems mainly caused by severe epilepsy.

As we have been focussing on solving these issues, another issue has gone largely un-noticed... she only has 2 front incisors rather than four.
However, what is really wierd, and is largely why we have not noticed this, is that these two teeth are twice as wide as her incisors should be and have a kind of split down the middle.

Therefore, at first glance, it looks like she has 4 incisors. But when you look closely, she only actually has two teeth. It looks like each set of two teeth have fused together to form one.

Hopefully this description makes sense!

Also, she grinds her teeth horrendously in her sleep. I think she is actually grinding them away.

I was just wondering if anybody had seen anything like this before?
Any comments / ideas would be gratefully accepted!
