I am only 22 and I am currently working for my employer on contract so I do not have any health benefits whatsoever. I need to have all four wisdom teeth removed as they are impacting themselves into my jaw and causing lock-jaw some days, pain all days!
I have called around to a few offices in the city and cannot seem to find anyone that offers a payment plan for this type of surgery? Does OHIP cover the cost if you have the surgery performed in a hospital? Are there any surgeons in (or around) Toronto that offer a payment plan for this type of work? I am not interested in having this performed by a student at a University as I will have to be put under given the circumstances.
Any help/advise is greatly appreciated.
