Hello all,

recently I went to my dentist to see what was happening with one of my lower six'es - an old filling gave way and seems a cavity was formed. I had mild pain and the tooth was becoming sensitive to heat and cold.

My dentist decided to remove the amalgam filling and put a devitalizing drug called toxavit to deaden the nerve of the tooth, as preparation for root canal procedure I suppose - that was two days ago.

Since then I've been feeling a tingling pain in that general area (lower left jaw), and since Im travelling a lot, I was wondering if that is a sign of the devitalization, of the nerve dieing, or maybe something went wrong with the procedure.

Should I wait for the pain to go away (it is mild but gets on my nerves) or should I visit the doctor again?
