My mum is convinced that you can buy it and use it yourself at home to insert a crown? Apparantly my nan used to buy it in strips, warm it up and 'pop it in'! I've searched everywhere for strips of this stuff but no luck yet. Was hoping somebody could give me (and my mum!) a bit of info about it? Is it still available to buy in strips ( I've seen it sold in points but that's not what she's after!)? Is it safe to use at home (she won't have it done at the dentist!!!)? Any info/advice would be appreciated. Thanks
