A valium before a dental procedure
I live in Dallas, TX so just in case the rules for dental procedures are based on state laws. If a dentist prescribes a valium for you to take an hour before the procedure is this considered sedation? If so, does the costs increase considerably?
My daughter (21 yrs old) still gets very anxious at the dentist so we wanted her new dentist to prescribe a valium, as we have done before, so she could take before procedure, but they also would charge us an additional 393.00 because the process/procedure changes??
I don't remember this charge before but not sure? Anyone know for sure??
