They can't really do anything until they see how much bone is left. Splinting is useless unless the neighboring teeth have good bone, too. Four teeth would be alot to splint unless there is still a lot of bone left. Bone grafts may be an option.
It depends on how loose they are. It's impossible to know anything without an xray of the bone loss amount as to the remedy. I had one slightly loose tooth and had to sacrifice a total of four because the surrounding bone wouldn't have supported a splinting procedure.
