Hi again,
You'll get used to it. You have what I would call a "flipper". I went with a more expensive partial made of metal because the plate part is thinner.
But a flipper will work. It may take a bit longer to "master", that's all. Keep concentrating on the beautiful teeth part.
The mouth and tongue can tell when something is foreign in it by less than micron. And, the tongue will search for it, too! A flipper is alot of a foreign feeling ! But you will get used to it. Once your implants and crowns are in, it will all become a distant memory.
I know that doesn't help now, but the only thing you can do is look toward the end. The process can be long and arduous, but when you're finished, I predict you will be SO happy with your implants and crowns. I just love my front four!
Do let us know how you're doing and if I can help with any questions you may have, let me know.
My very best to you,
Gellia
