Implant help,where to go.
This is my very first post, so bear with me. I had 5 implants on the bottom about 3 yrs ago. Went to a denal surgeon who did a good job with the implants, said at the time my top teeth were going to need help and now they do. The problem is I let my regular dentist make,or I should say make the impressions for the crowns, which are back teeth, and I ended up with these small teeth, with my front lower teeth sticking up like a chipmunk. The dental surgeon thought at the time I should think about 4 on all for both tops and bottoms, since the front bottoms were not that great either. So now I have broke a crown off at the gum line, on top back, and not having a lot of teeth to chew with the bottom fronts are starting to loosen. You can not tell any of this by looking, as everything missing is in the back. The top teeth that need replacing are bridges that have served me well for the last 20 yrs. I have a dread of having anything that is removable, because before I had the bottom implants, I had a partial, which was awful. I hope all this back ground is not to boring. My question is do you have any insight on 4 or 6 on all, hopefully same day implants, and would any one recommend Clear Choice, as I'm thinking that's all they do, with everyone under one roof. Sorry this is so long.
