Ok so yesterday afternoon I was sitting with my mom eating lunch and I started smelling like an hard boiled eggy smell..I asked her if she was cooking anything with eggs or a sulfury smell and she said she wasnt. The smell was so prominent to me I thought I was going nuts...later on, I got a Metallicy taste in my mouth and weird but she said she had it too. So this morning my cat wakes me up at 4am and decides its snuggle time...I smelled it again...the cat has been known to stink sometimes so I blamed it on him and locked him out of the room....but the smell was still there....I sat and thought for a min and finally realized it was coming from me...I cupped my hands and smelled and it's my breath! I smell sulphur every time I exhale...it's like a curse...the past few days I have not had much of an appetite, some nausea, lots of headaches and some swollen nodes in my throat, and major major fatigue/lack of energy. No fever, no vomiting, but this smelling my own breath thing, that has never happened to me with any illness I have ever had...is this a really bad sign of something? What can cause this along with my accompanying symptoms the past 4 days? Can a goiter make your breath stink that bad?...I do have thyroid issues.
