Permanent crown issues

I had my permanent xrown put on about 3 and a hakf weeka ago. About a week later i had to have the crown adjusted for my bite because it was very higgh. Ever sinx ehe made that adjustment i been having cold sensotivity on that tooth which had a root canal done on it. Sometimes a lite aensation like i can feel the heart beat almost a sloght throb. Im nervous im going to jeed to get the tooth pulled. Im waiting for the dentist to call so i can get my second crown and i want to tell him about the sensitivity. Anyone have an idea what it could be? Maybe aldexay or somethIng? It began happeneing right after he adjusted the bottom of the crown. Just a bit nervous. Decay. Leak. Infection??
