Question Can something be done

Hi all i'm not sure what's happened but i believe 2 front teeth have been worn down at the back due to possibly grinding my teeth in my sleep??

My teeth have never been level when asked to bite down i have been told i have to many teeth and the top set are further forward then the bottom its not the first 3 that are flat at the back its the ones that are curved if you understand my meaning. They have worn down really close to the gum and it really has scared me! I tried to contact a emergency dentist today but because their is no pain or swelling they wont see me (even though the top teeth feel a bit sensitive)

As i don't have a dentist they have put me on a waiting list for one which could be a month away i'm just wondering what could be done i'm in the uk and it would be a nhs dentist would they fit a crown or something like that??
