incomplete tooth extraction

i hve got tooth extracted before 7 days it was incomplete small bone fragment was there today i see another dentist he said its healing late and removed tht bone frgmnt nw i am worrying am i risk for dry socket as in healing time he did another extraction on same teeth plz help

I don't know the answer. I don think slow healing or a bone fragment means you'll get dry socket. Did you ask the second dentist? You an always call and ask f you are higher risk and if there is anything you can do.

actually i m not worrying for slow healing i am worrying for the second time removal of bone fragment in a week will it cause any damage to previous blood clot

I'm not an expert but I think it will be ok, because the soft tissue in the mouth heals really, really fast and you were already healing. I'd be careful still-no straws, etc. but in my mind the risk would be about the same.
