 Wisdom Tooth Recovery
Hi everyone, I'm new here.. Got my wisdom teeth pulled two weeks ago... my stitches on the top left suture are of most concern to me mainly because there is a sizable section of my gum lining(sitting on my rear left molar closest to the suture site) where i believe the stitched area did not mend properly.. the dentist in the neighboring town charges for simple check ups and I am broke, poor, whatever... I don't want to try and brush the tooth where the gum tissue is sitting and possibly irritate it or cause infection, but I am almost certain that if it is left in its current state, an infection will ensue regardless..
also all of my back molars are covered in a coral reef of plaque and I am only using salt water rinses with a syringe provided by the surgeon... I can only brush so far, and am concerned that the upper left stitched area was done incorrectly, an is of most concern to me.. any info is greatly appreciated!! thanks,
