Implants have ruined my life... I think

In 1985 I had a farm accident and had 4 teeth knocked out. I was sent immediately to a specialist to start implant procedure. It was a 2 year process. I spent 28 hours in a dentist chair. 20 years later they failed and I developed infections. I went to a different doctor with a better rep. He said the bone was damaged too much for proper implant 1st time. He spent another 2 years rebuilding my mouth with bone from my chin and cadaver bone. They failed. I was super diligent about flossing and cleaning under implant. Now he wants to start over and I am just sick of it. I have had respiratory problems since I lost my implants and his attempt to start over. I have had pneumonia and throat infections that have been serious. It seems I am never feeling good. I am tired and I cough. I have seen heart specialist. He says I have acid reflux but 6 months later I am still tired and my last implant seems to move and I think all of my health issues are due to the implant area sending health problems throughout my body. My Implant Doc wants to start over with new bone and rebuild better but my god the money I have spent and time and pain. I am about ready to say screw it and take the last one out and give me a partial since a bridge is too wide to work...What would you do

What you need to do is get opinions on a good implant dentist.
Before you use another implant dentist, make sure they have good reviews.
Have you looked on Angie's list?

I live in South Dakota where Angie's list would be busy if anyone bothered to use it. The dental specialist is quite competent. He found toxic bacteria in my mouth culture before and treated it before the last bone grafting. He is good but I am sure New York would have someone better and I farm in South Dakota .... he is the only specialist who uses laser treatment on treated areas. Only his assistant who I trust can talk me into continued surgery. She is letting me decide so I think implants are not all that. 27 years ago I had implants without bone rebuilding and it has been a nightmare since.

I would say the hell with all that and get an upper denture.
