Select a brush that fits between the teeth easily. Push the brush in and out two or three times. If your gums bleed dip the brush in chlorhexidine mouthwash before use.
Best to book an appointment with a hygenist for a demonstration.

Hi........... From my point of view Place the tip of your interdental brush at the point where you wish to insert it between your teeth and probe it gently to find the best angle to begin to insert without needing to force it. You will find some angles work better than others.
