Crest Whitestrips work well. Buy the most expensive kit that promises professional results after seven treatments... It just has the highest amount if peroxide and will work faster. I'm in Canada and have not heard of any recall. I just bought and used some myself a couple weeks ago!
Just for clarification, you are not "bleaching" your teeth. You're whitening them with peroxide. This does not compromise the integrity of your enamel and is totally safe. I only say this because I have has patients who have tried at home to bleach their teeth with actual bleach. It does not whiten teeth but does cause irreversible damage (I'm a dental hygienist by the way)
