| Flossing and Pain
I have another question..anyone know it would help a lot. I was told by my dentist that the pressure I'm feeling after an extraction is because my upper tooth moved and now it's closer..she said the build up of plaque and over all closeness is causing it. She told me to floss in that area after every meal..so I did floss more last night..today the pressure was still there but it felt a bit better. The longer I continue to floss will it ease up more..and I know when you first floss a lot it really hurts but then your gums get used to it and it doesn't hurt as much. I cannot understand this pain..since I have no infection..but I know I can't have it every day. I'm hoping it will ease up. I once read on here that someone flossed like crazy in a specific area and then the pain went away.
Anyone have any problems with this too...I'd love to know. Thanks!!
