Thumbs down Help with receding gums

Receding gums have been a problem the last couple of years for me. Do you guys have any tips please ?

Last year I even bought an expensive Oral B electric toothbrush using with a sensitive toothbrush head, but the gums seem to be slowly getting worse

I am especially concerned about the front top 2 teeth, the gums there is red and starting to recede a bit (not necessarily the gum on top of the teeth, but rather the gum area in between the 2 teeth).

It makes it look like there's a gap between the 2 teeth !

thanks!

Re: Help with receding gums

Flossing is very important. Do your gums bleed at all?
I think it's probably time to see a dentist and get their evaluation.
