wisdom teeth

In adavance, thank you for and pointers/tips you provide me!
a few days ago i had my wisdom teeth removed. it has been about 72 hours from the procedure and last night out of nowhere they started to bleed a little. I can tell that they are still clotted over, or maybe it's just my stitches? how worried should i be?

another thing, i had an allergic reaction to one of my medications, and received a steroid shot to counter the reaction and changed the medicine.

I was told that the shot should also help my facial swelling go down after twenty-four hours (which has passed) but it hasn't seemed to effect me. I've been using ice packs to let the swelling go down for the last 72 hours but when am i suspected to be back to a "normal" facial structure?

thanks for your're help! ~Kaylie xx
