A good diet helps
Being a relativley newcomer to the forum, and an uninformed one at that, I feel I have benefitted immensely from this board. I too have been hit by severe depression over the last few months and thanks to a good doctor and medication, there has been some improvement.
Whilst I have no informed opinion or most certainly not promoting any products, I have read on reliable sources on the net that omega-3 oil from fish is good to counter-act depression. Lately I have improved my diet and I do get the impression of better well being.
