I know this is a sort of silly tip but its helping me.

Im 24, depressed, ocd, and other mental health problems. Im on medication and doing okay, sort of, not great but not worse. The thing that helps me is making Teddys my hobby , aswell as starting the gym next week. Ya never too old for teddys. I have started collecting them and when i got bed i put them in the bed with me. I get comfort from them so soft, gentle, dont judge ,cant speak bad about u. I know it seems silly but it works for me. Try it if u want to. cas
