This is the first port of call. Is the problem clinical depression or something else like bi-polar type 2.
Once this has been established, the health care professional can only TRY various anti-depressants in the HOPE that one will work.
I'm sorry I can't be helpful, but unfortunately no one can predict what side-effects an idividual will have to any given anti-depressant. We are all "guinea-pigs".
