I have been taking the sleeping tablet zopiclone for sleep problems associated with depression. Me depression is usually more bearable in the evening time and I find that if I take zopiclone a couple of hours before bed my anxiety, palpitations, depression seems to lift. Has anyone else tried zopiclone? I have been on it on and off for about 5 weeks - coming off with no problem for about a week and a half half way. Does anyone have any experience with Zopiclone - I would like to know if it effects the depression the next day... I am finding it is taking longer for the depression to lift in the evening by taking zopiclone - b4 my depression used to lift late afternoon, I am now finding the mornings easier - appart from the moment you wake up and realise that you are still batteling with depression. I would be inerested in hearing other peoples experiences.
