Maybe get a lightbox and leave it there at BF's house. Doesn't hurt to have two? |
Lightboxes cost a fortune, I should have brought my lighbox with me, I only live 10mins away in the next city, but can't be bothered with it. Stupid to think that way. It's sunny out right now, but in Ontario our summer wasn't the greatest, alot of colder days and rain. So alot of people here who suffer from SAD were affected early this year. It's sunny right now and I should have the blinds open. I was told by my psychiatrist to get as much sunlight as I can. I noticed in late August that my mood started to change because I noticed the change in days, and SAD usually doesn't affect me until late September.
Not a good feeling right now.
