Hi all, I thought I would come to the boards and see if I can get any help. I have been feeling unhappy for a very long time. I have not taken any anti depressants for fear of getting hooked on them. My husband has gotten tired of me, and I have gotten tired of being sad. What natural ways can cure depression? I feel so lost, so alone. No one seems to understand. I want my life back. What can I do?
