Does anyone know of any support groups for depression /anxiety in Richmond Virginia? Locations? Times?
I wuold really appreciate it. Ihave been diagnosed with depression and have struggled with it for the majority of my life. I tried getting help and tried a couple different medications and counseling. I was paying for my own insurance and once I sought treatment my insurance payments went up dramatically. I now have no insurance because I can no longer afford it, thus no more medication or counseling.
