i,m a mom i have two daughters with bi polar ages 19 and 15, my 19 yr old won,t take meds any more into drugs ectand her moods about like yours, i,m the one she yells at says she hates ect. as for my 15 yr old she takes meds and is doing great, it took awhile to find the right combo of meds but we have and she does wonderful on them, we also done some counseling and that helped to . i think your on right the right track, my i have suggest that you might find a counselor you and call when you get into these mood ,so your not taking all this out on your looved ones. have you been on meds before? i hope this helps some , people here really do care and i,ve gotten alot of good advice here. god bless you and keep talking about your problems cause it really does help to let it out,aybe you don,t talk about things that bother you alot and it all builds up and one things sets it off. i hope this helps some , take care and you will be in my prayers love mothersbears
