| Feel better today>
I took some benadryl last night and slept real good. I dont feel so low today. I no that this is still with me, but I wonder about feeling alright and then get in those low thought episodes. I still want to do things and try to leaave it behind. I guess that means I am totally down. These thoughts come on and that is what gets the ball rolling. i HAVE GOT TO FIGURE OUT a way to squash it. What helps any of you guys out.
