| Re: sleeping all the time It may be the quality of sleep you are getting. This is my problem. I go to bed with too many worries (try to meditate an hour before sleep). Sometimes I am too tense (sometimes PMR= Progressive Muscle Relaxation helps). Exercise is allways good (just not too soon before bed). Many other things contribute (caffeine, foods, too many liquids, etc.).
I don't know of too many other solutions yet. We will have to keep experimenting. Have you ever tried creative visualization?
