This is a great group with a lot of empathy, and each poster is appreciated.

I want to share some guidelines to help keep the board on track:
Please remember this is a place to support and get support, not tear others down.
Members may reply but no one is obligated to.

Venting is allowed here, but not AT each other. If messages get personal against others, the posts will be removed.

We need to agree to disagree. If advice is given that doesn't fit, leave it on with the one that offered it. They are just offerring possibilities. We never know when another reader may find it to be just what they need.

One way to share is simply saying what works for us, and leaving others to receive or discard it. We are the only ones that really know what we need.
