Wellbutrin affects serotonin, norepinephrine, AND dopamine. I don't know if it, along with the other atypical anti-depressants, target one neurotransmitter more than another, though... I think it increases dopamine; anti-psychotics have an antagonistic effect on dopamine and decrease the amounts at the post-synaptic cleft. Besides, depression involves low levels of serotonin and norepinephrine, and I'm almost positive that depressed people have lower levels of dopamine as well.
