Question don't know

hi, well i need some help here,it's kinda strange but i don't know how i feel. i have to go to the doctor the 28th and tell him if i think the effexor is helping with my depression and well i don't know if it is or not. i do feel better than i did last month but i feel so distant and empty inside and i am so anxious all the time, can't rest or set still and enjoy anything. everything seems so unreal but i was burning myself with cigarettes to feel real and i'm not doing that anymore so i guess thats an approvement. but what do you tell someone else when you don't know how you feel yourself?

Wink

Hello there WVG,

I do know what you mean. I too feel very funny when on medication. I have the nightsweat all of the time, I don't feel to real myself, but at the same time I am happy that I am not crying all the time and yelling at everyone at the top of my lungs. I also like the fact that I am not as mean as before, more patient. At the same time I wonder if I am real too. I can't sleep very well. I am very hyper than before. Okay let me stop going on and on here. I do understand where you are coming from. I am still here honey like I promised you.

Love Ya,

crybaby1

I would put in some happy faces and things but I don't know how to make it work like all of you do (smile).

Not knowing how you feel is a perfectly valid way of feeling, is you know what I mean! I agree with Chrys, tell your doc everything you can.

Hugs

CB1,

To do the smily faces check the link to the left of the page when you are posting called 'smilies legend'. That tells you the codes to type to make the faces appear when you press sumbit.

Kind thoughts
