StarCat, you have more strength and power left in you than you realize. With God's help you will be able to see your way thru this ordeal.
Set your alarm 1 hour earlier, set another alarm 30 minute earlier than normal and make sure you get up, dressed and out the door before the second alarm rings.
Go to bed earlier than usual so you will have a good night's sleep.
Do not eat high starch meal for dinner, this raises the
blood sugar too high and the sugar in blood will cause you to be sleepy and groggy too long. Lean meat and
green veggies would be a better choice.
Make sure your car is full of gas the day before. Put your clothes out at night for the next day including shoes, purse ready, etc.
When you first get up, wash face with cold washrag to help wake you up.
Your life depends on having a job with paycheck. You can do it. Make this ritual a daily habit, and you will
be surprised how much it will help.
