lilmissme is totally right,cry and let it all out and relize whats making you feel this way and try and do little things to eliminate some of the stress you put on yourself if you can. Don't try to be perfect for anyone,be perfect for yourself and I'm sure if you take a good look inside you are already perfect and is all that matters is how you feel and right now I know your not feeling very good,but just remember you are you and that doesn't have to be good or bad for anyone else,your opinion is the one that counts....take care
